PHP Partners CJSC (PHP) was established in 2005 and provides accounting, tax, and audit services.

With three partners and a staff of over 45, PHP ensures the provision of quality services. Since its inception, PHP has accumulated substantial expertise and has established a team of highly qualified, dedicated, and experienced professionals. These professionals provide services to clients based on the three cornerstones of independence, objectivity, and professionalism.

PHP and its partners have been pioneers in public financial management (PFM) reforms implemented in Armenia. These reforms include the adoption of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSASs) from 2008 to 2009 (first phase), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in 2011, the development and testing of the Armenian public sector accounting standard from 2012 to 2013, the development and testing of an internal audit methodology in the public sector from 2011 to 2012, and the development of a public sector external audit methodology for the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Armenia from 2014 to 2015.
